Investigate advanced diffusion models (e.g., Latent Diffusion) to synthesize realistic medical imaging anomalies to improve downstream segmentation model robustness.
Interpretable Clinical Decision Support
Design explainability techniques for deep learning models used in radiology, focusing on visual grounding and concept bottleneck models.
Automated Analysis of Dental CBCT Scans
Develop 3D segmentation and landmark detection pipelines for high-resolution CBCT scans to assist in endodontic treatment planning.
